‘Edge of Darkness’ to cast shadow on iFilm

Iranian TV series ‘Edge of Darkness’ has been slated to hit the screen on iFilm English TV channel.

The first episode for Saeed Soltani’s series dubbed in English will go on air on March 08 at 18:00 GMT. The rest of 18 episodes of the show will come to you the same time every evening since tonight. Each episode of the series will be repeated three times the next day after the original screening at 00:00, 09:00 and 15:00 all GMT times.

A brief synopsis for 'Edge of Darkness' reads, “After the death of his wife, Nasser turns to drugs to cope with her loss and gets fired as a consequence. In his search for a new job, he meets an old friend, a big-time drug dealer who offers him a job and something more”.

The cast list for the series includes Mina Jafarzadeh, Roya Teymourian, Alireza Jafari, Pejman Bazeghi, Azita Lachini, Danial Hakimi, Yekta Nasser, Mohammad-Ali Keshavarz and Farhad Besharati.

The series is set to replace ‘The Silver Man’ directed by Kazem Masoumi.
